01 · The opportunity
An extended-stay flag built for industrial demand.
WoodSpring Suites is a leading extended-stay brand under Choice Hotels, built for markets with steady workforce and transient labor demand. Port Arthur, anchored by petrochemical and industrial activity, is exactly that kind of market.
Sonari Capital brought a 122-key ground-up project to Banbridge, Bridge’s direct lending platform for construction. The equity was already raised. What they needed was a senior construction lender willing to underwrite a smaller Southeast Texas market with full diligence.
