Partners who wish to conduct brokering activities — including soliciting loan applications or negotiating loan terms — may be required to hold applicable state licenses. Persons conducting brokering activities in connection with California-domiciled borrowers are required to hold a California Finance Lender Broker license pursuant to Cal. Fin. Code § 22004. Foro Holdings, Inc. complies with California Code of Regulations, Title 10, Section 1451 in connection with all referral fee arrangements. Bridge will only compensate licensed brokers for brokering activities in California.
